Extra Virgin Olive Oil Trespaldum Blend
It’s obtained through the selection of different olive varieties: GENTILE DI MAFALDA, LECCINO AND LECCIO DEL CORNO.
The olives are harvested between October and November, brought to the mill and processed within 24 hours.
From the combination of these olives we obtain an oil with herb tones and a delicate balance between bitter and pungent.
