These conditions of sale govern a contract between the company TRESPALDUM SRL based in C.da Muraglie in Mafalda with VAT number 01578630707 and the users of the site. These conditions of sale refer to Legislative Decree 70/2003 concerning electronic commerce (see link). There are various figures:
- Consumer or user: person who acts in a manner unrelated to business activity.
- Professional: the natural person who acts in relation to his / her entrepreneurial activity
- Producer: in other words, who produces the good
- Product: the good that is sold through the platform provided by the manufacturer
Product Sale
All products sold in this store are sold by the piece. The sale price means the price including VAT.
Order Mode
Users who visit the site and want to buy products can select them from the various pages of the site and add them to the cart. Once added, you can go to checkout and complete the order with a payment method of your choice (see Payment Methods).
The order is considered concluded with an email that arrives immediately on the mailbox indicated by the customer during the purchase.
